1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after the delivery of the last item in your order.
- Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- All items in the return package must be intact.
If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return or issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.

- Free gifts

- Authorized return address
Important Notice:
- Do NOT send items back without authorization
- The address on the original package is NOT the return address
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded
4. Return Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was sent
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
